Do I need insurance?
No. We are a cash-pay practice. We don't bill insurance or file claims, and every price is published upfront. Everyone is welcome, insured or not. If you want to seek out-of-network reimbursement yourself, we can provide a superbill on request. Reimbursement depends on your plan and isn't guaranteed. Affirm and Klarna financing are available at checkout.
What happens at the Wellness Assessment?
It is an in-person visit with our clinical team in Evans. We review your goals, history and vitals. When labs are indicated, your provider orders LabCorp panels and we draw them in the clinic. The visit is how we decide whether an ELEVATED program is right for you. If you enroll, the $79 is credited toward your first program invoice.
Can I just walk in for an IV?
Yes. We will seat you whenever a chair is open. You do not need the $79 Wellness Assessment for a drip. Booking online is still the surer thing. It holds your chair, and your drip is mixed and ready when you arrive.
Do you prescribe from symptoms alone?
No. Hormone, GLP-1 and peptide care starts with an in-person assessment and labs when they are indicated. A provider reviews your results before recommending a program. You sign a consent for your protocol before treatment begins. You always see the price before you commit.
